      MSI in very flexible and open-minded. It allows you to be creative with plenty of room to grow.

      Long work hours, but you will be compensated for your work.

      Pros

      They allow you to learn the business. They give you enough time and support to learn how their business works. Executive team is very supportive and open to change. They recognize that outside talent is required to move the company to the next level and are committed to do so. There is plenty to learn at this company. They don't advertise enough about the technological implementations they are looking into. It was a breath of fresh air to see all the willingness to be open, agile and trying newer technologies to allow the business to advance further.

      Cons

      The company is going through changes, not only from a growth perspective but also cultural shift and that at times can be a bit overwhelming for newer employees to deal with.
