The workload is not heavy, and I have never worked overtime. However, there was a stupid colleague who sent unnecessary questions to the supervisor on weekends.

Cons

My colleagues write bad code, such as copying and pasting the same code four times instead of writing a loop.

Pathetic appraisal, there is no point in filling your yearly review forms because they have already prepared their script and ready to potray you as a victim. Hierarchy based management, the entire company runs through a small stream line of family business
