      1) Recognition for genuine and value added work 2) Ample of avenues to demonstrate one's skill/s and consistently improve them 3) Entrepreneurial environment to foster a sense of ownership and pride

      Cons

      1) One can get complacent, due to flat hierarchy and could feel lost for vertical growth as designations at times doesn't justify the role.

      Pros

      Great benefits and competitive pay. Many opportunities for growth and advancement. Family like environment and culture which is second to none. Flat hierarchy and everyone is very approachable and helpful. Simply amazing to see how the senior leadership team has carefully navigated the company through the pandemic and uncertain times keeping the lives and livelihood of all employees above anything else and continued to keep everyone employed with no lay offs, furloughs or salary cuts. Proud to be a part of this great company
