There is really nothing good to say about this company except the unlimited overtime. Only way to make a living.

Cons

No sense in management,worst company to work for. They need to treat employees better and treat customers better not 40 different bosses.

Growing industry. Stable, profitable company. Sales persons can do very well.

Cons

Multitask & hard work not well rewarded. You will continue doing same work till you retire or quit, and may get a new boss. Poor benefits. New hires get more comparable to experience and work. Relatives do well.

Good Health Insurance if you know how to navigate the healthcare system.

Cons

Deceptive Managers, overworked employees. I worked for a someone who continuosly told me how she loved her job. I would have felt that way as well if I had her position of sitting at my desk house hunting and taking care of my personal issues all day. I found myself run ragged with no time off....oh, and you get a whole week of vacay during the first 15 years
