Good benefit, Compassionate owners, People with positive mind set and can do attitude can learn and grow. There are many employees who has grown in to higher roles.

Cons

If you expect a quick promotion with little effort, this place is not for you.

Diverse culture, good benefits, career development opportunities. If you can put in the work, sky is the limit. Great products.

Cons

Sales never sleeps, and you can't expect to "hit gold" overnight. There is a ton to learn at MSI, and everyday is a new challenge. This isn't a "go through the motions" all day kind of job. Commitment is key.

Pros

If you want to gain experience and grow with a company, MSI is the place to be. I left an excellent company with slower growth to join MSI for an opportunity with more responsibility and I’ve been rewarded ten times over. At MSI, you are trusted and given many opportunities to think creatively and to apply solutions to problems. During the COVID-19 pandemic, MSI did not lay off or furlough any employee, bonuses were honored, and raises were given.

Cons

Everyone at MSI works hard, it is part of the culture. If you’re looking for a job where you do not need to apply yourself every day, then this is not the place for you. For me personally, I like to work hard and I’m surrounded by peers who like to do so as well, so I find comfort knowing that I’m going to be in the company of hard working individuals like myself, but I can understand if someone is not looking for this type of work environment.
