      5 billion/yr startup mentality.

      Pros

      Good pay in sales. Multi billion $ operation with a startup mentality (which can be good and bad). High energy and I lost weight running around which is a big ++. High targets and rewards for meeting targets.

      Cons

      There are too many bosses, not enough leaders. The amount of manual excel work is frustrating, coming from someone who has worked with better systems, team msi is a step back to 2010 age software. There is a lot of politics and internal conflict between employees and bosses. Lack of transparency of their quality and material, which is second grade but labeled as first. Reimbursement for mile driven for own vehicle is much much lower than national recommendations. Very few holidays, and very many safety hazards.

      Pros

      There is so much for growth in this company, you can start pretty much anywhere and move to any position of interest.

      Cons

      As I said there is room for growth but there really isn't any guidance to get there. It is a very fast pace environment and if you're trying to move into another department you'll need to work extremely hard.

      Money is decent if you can get some overtime, and the insurance is good.

      Cons

      MSI sounds good on paper but in actuality its a horrible place to work unless you like sucking up to the boss. They don't promote from hard work, the promote their buddies. They try to get rid of anyone who can actually think for themselves.
