      Pros

      Growing industry. Stable, profitable company. Sales persons can do very well.

      Cons

      Multitask & hard work not well rewarded. You will continue doing same work till you retire or quit, and may get a new boss. Poor benefits. New hires get more comparable to experience and work. Relatives do well.

      Pros

      Overtime was a plus, and depends of your manager, it can be pleasant eviroment. You can get material with good discounts if you are remodeling your house. If u want to learn about the indrustry is a good place to start but not stay !!!

      Cons

      No place to grow, I had a bs and aplied for different positions , never got it. Instead i got to train, new Indian CSRs who after 6 months were senior CSRs, got to train sales representatives and asistant manager .. i had a very bad experience with an asistan manager who used to go to work drunk, or in drugs . What the manager used to do is hide him in his office all day or sent him home ...
