The team bonded over shared frustration.

Cons

Your job title does not depict what you do daily. Tasks are unrelated to anything expected. No organization. Manager talks in circles and micro manages. Nothing’s is ever completed due to poor direction and leadership. If you are female chances are you will be paid lower then men for the same job.
