      Pros

      One of the fastest growing companies I have ever seen... and that cannot be done without an effective staff.. Most of the employees are long-term and management knows it very well how to do that.. Work environment is very friendly and supportive...

      Cons

      Every company has issues - but at MSI it's tiny and manageable in grand scheme of things.

      Growth and stability. Even during this COVID pandemic we were still up and running strong. No layoffs, no reduction of hours, and generous compensation.
