Pros

People in my department are actually very friendly toward each other. They joke around but still get the job done.

Cons

It's hard to get a raise or promotion. They do not seem to notice your achievement and at the end of the year, no matter how much you accomplished, your pay is raise by like one or two cents.

pay is generally not high; Most management people are Indians, hard for people from other countries to get promotion; Only a few holidays: one day off for Thanksgiving and Christmas, no day off for President's Day
