      Change happens slowly, no room for growth within the company. They would rather hire people from outside of the company for higher roles then to move up from within the company.

      If you come from a Gujarati or a Rajasthani background, you will enjoy here, job role is a cake walk. All top senior levels are obtained by a hierarchy of management and do not have any set goals or passion to work with employees.

      Cons

      Company looks happy because they run by a family hierarchy employers, if you can nod your head and don't argue, you can sustain here until the business dissolves. There are are proven records of employees and their employment for 25 years in the same company, however their passion to work is low. Your growth completely depends upon one individual who will decide to stay or to move. HR is just a name and the department speaks each word on how the manager speak.
