      Pros

      I have worked for some major companies I.E. Toyota, Honda, Red Bull, and currently working for MSI. Out of those 4 companies let me tell you that MSI has been the best company to work for. Their are soo many reasons to why it’s a great company to work for but I will give you a few since my list could go on and on...... flexible working hours, excellent benefits, lots of overtime, lots of advancement opportunities, and best of all you become family with your co-workers.

      Cons

      For me the only con would be working on Saturday's (once every 4-5 weeks) while for others working on Saturday's would be a blessing since it is overtime. So can you really consider this a con????

      Flexible schedules with time off and competitive pay. Employee minded leadership teams to help with growth throughout the company. Fast paced environment that also emphasizes safety. Training programs for all levels as well as job growth.
