Abosolutelty non rather than doing your own time so you can throw a extra few hours on there since the by over pay your anyway

Pay, all the BS driving, no communication what so ever, company plain out sucks I strongly believe it's not going to be around to much longer for the quality of work they throw out... their very cheap it's all about Hunter Edwards

Job security, great benefits and 401K. Everyone is very friendly. Company is expanding fast.

Cons

Not big annual raises, but small bonus. More training needed for new technicians in the field.
