      Great career opportunities as Company experiences rapid growth. Leaders genuinely care about employees. Employees are passionate about taking care of the customers. Good benefits and competitive pay.

      Rapid growth can sometimes cause a bit of chaos as processes lag behind.

      Pros

      Pay is decent but not on par with competitors.

      Cons

      The project management division is an absolute joke. No processes or procedures. Everything is done on the fly and the turnover rate is over 50%. They have one major customer who they're on the verge of loosing due to mismanagement. The company pretends that all employees are "family" but in reality, this only extends to a select few who've been there from the beginning while everyone else is expendable.

      Job security, great benefits and 401K. Everyone is very friendly. Company is expanding fast.

      Cons

      Not big annual raises, but small bonus. More training needed for new technicians in the field.
