Pros

The leadership at MTM truly cares about their employees. Throughout recent months dealing with this pandemic they have gone above and beyond to ensure that employees are safe and secure. They very quickly shifted our entire workforce (call centers included) to work from home and have done everything they can to ensure everyone stays on payroll and has benefits. On top of that they are doing everything they can to help the communities we operate in. I am so proud to say I work for a company that truly cares about the members we serve and the employees that work there.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything I don't like about working for MTM.

Pros

The CEO genuinely cares about her employees and customers. Leadership works hard to help you succeed and shows reals interest in caring for their workers. They provide a lot of flexibility with their work from home initiatives and are always pushing forward with their technology.

Cons

Sometimes giving too many people an opinion leads to a quagmire where nothing moves forward. And not all management clearly gets and understands the message from the top .

Their is such a family atmosphere. I love coming to work the people are great and I am really enjoying helping people with their medical rides. MTM is honestly the best place I’ve ever worked.

Cons

There could be more incentive for leadership.
