Restructuring Nightmare

Pros

Most employers are cool to work with. And really try to put the company first. Even during adversity from unnecessary changes.

Cons

Restructuring again has caused many issues and departments are lost. Most, not all directors and Managers are clueless and have absolute favoritism. Those that have been there for years continue to be under utilized with the talents they have and will soon all leave to find better paying jobs and structure without a constant fear of is this the day we make cuts again.

Pros

Quick CSR advancement, cool co-workers, constant food, nice wages, schedule options, unpaid leave, PTO accrual is pretty good as well

Cons

Attendance is a joke and the policy for it sucks. You're strapped to your chair ALL day and Workforce literally OWNS you. Not enough people to take on the huge workload. Favoritism. Lack of training.
