Pros

Flexible scheduling for my position, WFH options when you need to, close to home

Cons

Everything else. Nepotism, hiring friends in high up positions, and it always seems like they are low on funds. It doesnt feel like a secure job as they are more concerned with the budget than if their employees are happy. Communication is a huge problem here. Management does not listen to problems or ideas to make things better.

Once you understand how the work is done, you can self-manage your goals in order to move up with bonuses.

Cons

Repetitive work since is mostly call center.

Pros

Hiring was 11. Now it's 12.50, generally busy so you aren't bored sitting there. Not many pros company wants to be more professional than they actually are.

Cons

Horrible hours if you haven't been there over 6 months, no over time available generally, must stay in customer service for 6 months minimum to promote from within.
