      Pros

      Work life balance was everything I wanted in a job. They really listened to the reps so they created an environment that was most ideal for reps. It's very rare where the employer actually gets it right. I want to go back. I would do anything to go back.

      Cons

      I got confused on the attendance policy. I was looking at my emails that had <6 for attendance which I thought meant less than 6 but it wasn't right. I was heartbroken to leave.
