Cons

Though things seem to be improving at times, it is not worth it if there is no job security at all. I have witnessed numerous people being fired. Isn't just one here or there. When they start it's a lot of people. Rumor is they are on cost containment. Then they start hiring again.

Pros

Potential for growth, work/life balance, continued training and education. MTM provides a generous compensation package including medical/dental/vision/life insurance. 401K, PTO, and tuition reimbursement. An employer who cares for their employees and wants them to grow. A company who wants to continue to grow and help members get to their much needed medical appointments.

Cons

Nothing I can think of, my experience with MTM has been amazing. I love working here. The negative comments I feel are not an accurate depection of the environment.
