Pros

Great environment with great people. Does community service to help the community as well as doing normal work. Giving children in the foster care system things that wouldn't otherwise have, volunteering at soup kitchens, and helping nearby schools are only a few of the things that MTM helps the community with.

Cons

You will have good days and bad days, but that's with any job.

MTM is a wonderful place to work. I have been employed almost 4 years and have the pleasure of working in multiple departments. The leadership cares about their staff. The company is always looking for ways to improve and truly listens to the feedback from employees

Since the day I started I have felt welcomed. My first day in the office everyone made a point to congratulated me and introduced themselves. The atmosphere here is comfortable and friendly. At previous jobs the vibes were negative, where as here everyone always seems to be in a good mood.

Cons

When I said I was congratulated and introduced to everyone... I mean everyone, so I feel bad because I was so nervous that I wasn't able to remember everyone I was introduced to. As time has gone on though I have had conversations with all of those who I wasn't able to remember and have now gotten to know all of them. They want you to feel part of the family!
