      Pros

      Great customer service and wonderful supervisor for the region of GA. Love the new system, no more faxing and mailing in trip sheet.

      Cons

      We have been with MTM off and on for several years, has always worked well for us. They are going through a lot of changes. Slowing down and making a lot of changes for small companies.

      Pay and benefits after 30 days. Bonus and fun activities

      You get cursed at daily. You hear some sad stories. They focus on time yet you have to hit all your points and provide excellent customer service. Other workers not doing their jobs right and causing problems for you. The new focus on cost per mile

      Pay is great! Travel is also cool. Hr director and vp of admin will fire you to hire their friends and family.

      Cons

      Management sucks , layoffs are rapidly. Turner over is high and they don't rank by senority! You can only move up if you're friends with management
