I would not recommend this job to a Friend.

Cons

It is a high stress job that you get no support from management. Coach's are not all on the same page, some knowing what they are talking about and an other that you are told the wrong things.Two weeks of training with someone that has only worked on the floor themselves for 2 weeks, one is judgmental on who will make it and who won't before they get out on the floor and does not know the WI protocols herself, the other immature not treating everyone as the same, and maybe needs to get back to reality. Train them and get them out on the floor to a place that is so different then what you are trained.

Lot's of mandatory overtime for those that want it. High quality kitchen /dining room.

Cons

Many pockets of poor leadership and lack of accountability exist. Absolutely no personal growth, education and meeting statistics have no impact on promotion. Call center - cubicle environment.

Pros

Fast pace, a lot of action, few layers and red tape, great opportunities for advancement, wellness program, work-life balance, many perks and great benefits, employee-centric, focus on training and development, Leadership team very accessible. Very proud of what the company does and to be a part of it.

Cons

Ensuring all managers are pushing communication down to their employees. This is done well from upper management to department leaders but not sure it always gets down to the support staff. This is important for the organization.
