      Full-time, benefits, opportunities for attainable monthly bonuses, most supervisors are great and very supportive, bi-annual salary increase, monthly meeting with supervisor, easy to get PTO scheduled, a lot of paid holidays, room for growth, continuing learning opportunities, very diverse and we help people get to their appointments when they otherwise wouldn’t have transportation.

      Cons

      Stressful, some days call volume is back to back, drivers who cancel or don’t show up, not many opportunities to engage in activities with colleagues.
