- The remaining people in the technology department are pleasant to work with. - The initial pay is a fair wage.

Cons

- The company frequently skips out on giving raises and bonuses. Many times these will be dangled as incentives, but after budget numbers come back, they are rarely given. - The company has hired droves of overseas contractors. They are not hiring American developers at the moment. - The technology department has been 100% remote since the pandemic. They are now requesting that individuals come into work two days a week. - Voicing concerns or alternative ideas will brand you as a trouble maker. Do not expect to change anything.
