      Pros

      MTM is a great place to work. There are opportunities for growth. I love that I am able to work from home most of the week. MTM has a very innovative culture. They are always trying to find a way to be better. Two years prior to the pandemic, MTM started piloting WFH programs in different departments. When the pandemic hit, MTM had their processes streamlined. MTM was able to transition the whole company to WFH in an efficient way. That's innovation!

      Cons

      MTM is actively working to have bipoc executive leadership. MTM has plans and are very intentional about making sure this happens.

      The work we do is important. We all share common goals Hours are great if you get 1st shift

      Cons

      Pay is awful. Been there over 8 years and make less than 17 an hour. No room for advancement since they closed the mn office.
