I have worked for MTM now for almost 4 years and I can honestly say that I have never been happier to work for a company that shows their employees that they matter, and care. Management and Supervisors are always willing to go the extra mile to help whenever I need help. They believe in you and your abilities, and if you feel like you can't they show you that you can. I'm blessed every day that I get to work for such a wonderful company.

1st shift into 2nd shift dispatching continues to be the worst. Almost wish was on 3rd under a better sup/manager or back as a ccr. Volume is a mess and there are dispatchers that get away with doing minimal work because their leaders don’t hold them accountable and are too busy socializing. While I’m grateful I have a job, like the majority of the other dispatchers I’m looking for another job. On top of that, my supervisor’s boss borrowed money from me and still has not paid me back. While I always want to help, not something a manager over all dispatch teams should do and the lack of repayment ripped trust away. Director continues to be a smooth talker and ignore problems with their own dispatch leadership. Such a shame.
