Overwork a big issue. We've repeatedly bungled contracts and angered clients because we simply don't have enough bodies and resources to do the work we should be doing. This is causing valuable employees to quit, which is only making the problem worse. Management's response was to cut heads after losing a giant contract (which we lost because we didn't have enough people to begin with...) and now we're missing out on our annual raises for the second year in a row...on top of this, corporate has told us the plan going forward is to merge with competitors by taking out loans, so we're going to add debt to an already bad situation, and who's even got the bandwidth to merge these companies into ours?

Terrible management and leadership at the corporate level. There is extremely high turnover, from people either quitting or from them just firing people after getting work out of them. There is zero communication. I don’t care how good the pay seems, it isn’t worth it.
