Company steals employees incentive points

Recently left MTM have access to the employ incentive site for 30 days. Went to login to find out I won’t get my February incentive points because I left in March before February points posted. I was fully employed in February, earned those points and because they take until after the 20th of the month to give you the rewards from the previous month and I left in the 19th I lost the points. Your just a statistic at this company they don’t care about you as a person, your growth of anything.
