      Fantastic Company to grow and Awesome Work Culture

      1. The HR team is fantastic. And they ensure that every new hire gets a smooth onboarding. 2. Upper Management is very thoughtful and considerate. There is lot of flexibility in terms of approaching folks higher up the ladder rather than being rigid. 3. Company culture is wonderful and it ensures their employees are engaged in the best way possible to maintain employee mental health and wellness. 4. Lot of new projects and interesting challenges to work on which keeps us on our toes always.

      Cons

      1. The benefits are not very great. Could improve on that front.

      My direct coworkers were very kind and supportive

      Cons

      The company was very uninvolved as we were contracted in a city across the country from our manager which made it extremely difficult to form any relationship with them, they visited once in the two years I worked with them and had no interest in seeing the work or us. Our manager was very rude any time we spoke to her and was not interested in our opinions or work and made it very difficult to get anything done.
