Environment is climatically controlled, equipment is mostly kept in working order, management will attempt to provide sufficient hours, if available.

Cons

The schedules are often quite irregular, this due to staffing shortages prompted by the need to achieve profit margins. The aforementioned often affects our departments ability to effectively meet deadlines. The management is typically arrogant, and unless your a preferred associate expect to be pushed around.
