      Cons

      Very unorganized, low wage, managers wait till last minute to do stuff. Horrible training. You learn best from drivers. Extremely high turnover rate.

      help elderly and disabled people go from place to place safely

      Cons

      early rise, shifts typically start at 6 am for most employees. sometimes even earlier
