Pros

Worthy work. Helping with transportation, listening & companionship, even emotional support of handicapped, disabled, wheelchair bound, mentally & emotionally challenged, etc.

Cons

Regular behind the scenes behaviors of certain management and employees contrary to Ride Right, LLC stated mission of attitudes of respect, patience, non-ridicule, etc. of riding customers.

Pros

No wheelchairs to hassle with only walkers and canes. Minivans not a bulky hard to maneuver bus.

Cons

Hard to get a decent steady route, the tablets crashes, not enough right cable chargers to fit the tablets. Pay should be based on experience not per union standards. Benifits for self and one dependant is way to high.
