-Super supportive team: I feel like I can go to anyone on the team for help -Clear expectations: I know what I need to do in my position or if I have a question, I can always go to management. -Opportunities for growth: I have never worked for a company who has a strong focus on promoting qualified internal employees and have them learn about different parts of the business like MTM does.
