the workload assigned is always higher than average and you need to respond to phone call from your boss outside work hours.

fixed 42 hours work medical benefit for family members free ticket

Cons

may required on shift duty, no work life balance just only provided night shift allowance, compared with those working only night, it’s not fair for those employees who working on early, Late and night shift duty.
