New infrastructure and a nice environment to work in. That's all

Cons

First of all the pay is a very low whilst those who work at London Underground get 10k more with less the work. Management is a shambles. Mtr say but don't respect religions. We are only allowed 20 mins break per 7 hour shift. Prayer time gets deducted from break time. Moder day slavery. Bank holidays are not given to staff
