Your CEA colleagues (Most of them anyway)are brill Free oyster as well is great.

Cons

A lot. Salary for what you do is way too low. Roster is atrocious, hours are extremely challenging at times. Try working a 9 hour shift with just a 20 minute meal break. Also assessments make your job even more stressful.
