      Pros

      Above-market compensation & benefits. Clear career path and nice salary increment. A good start if you want to develop in the property field but not sure which niche (e.g. leasing or retail marketing) to start.

      Cons

      Certain rotations are boring and do not have much to learn. Bosses are mostly older generation and lack of creativity. Not tech/start-up style working environment.
