      MTS Systems is stuck in the PAST!

      The only Pro is the location.

      When you work here it's like walking on egg shells. You do one little thing, they are on you like a hawk. There is a toxic environment here. Most in upper management have no tack. The management doesn't care how they speak to you, most of it is in a toxic way. They force overtime. Even if you are sick, you get a bad mark on you even with a doctor's note. You only get 6 bad marks in a year then you get let go. There is a HIGH turnover rate in Cary due to the crazy rules and no trust in their employees with all these crazy rules. The company will NOT invest in new technology or tools.

      Ok benefits nice lunchroom. Ok compensation

      Cons

      HR Department needs to look at Resumes and put in departments that fit there work history!! Not just fill holes, and be upfront about mandatory overtime!! Not keep it secret until your hired!! Very unhappy workers! Like a walking dead factory!! Miss managed and terrible communication!! And not giving exit interviews is pretty rare? If you ask me its rotten!! They need to clean house and get it back to the way it was!! This place is a joke!!

      Pros

      If you lay low they don't really know what you do. You can cut out early when the weather is nice and head up north and nobody watches

      Cons

      Layoffs?! Layoffs?! Can you say layoffs?! Another missed quarter going into the summer with the same old story. "We got tons of bookings -can't get revenue because of poor Operations team.-When we do we don't make money because custom sales gave away the farm"
