      OK group of people to work with. Kind hearted but all live in fear of job loss.

      Cons

      Zero transparency, the CEO has zero clue about running a company, moral is going down the tube quicker than their share price

      Pros

      Broad range of products, very intelligent employees, flexible work hours, good pay, very interesting work.

      Cons

      Layoffs. Every other quarter top management decides to cut valuable employees to meet projected revenue numbers. Continued cuts to benefits which affect mid to lower tier employees, not upper management. Absolutely no loyalty to the employees, none.
