      amazing benefits, great pay, very compassionate and caring colleagues, interview process was very smooth given COVID 19 circumstances, top notch culture

      Cons

      I can't wait to go to the office to meet my colleagues in person once COVID 19 allows us to.

      Pros

      - Competitive pay and unparalleled benefits - Involved and engaged management at all levels - The company performs and lives up to its core values - they aren't just words - The company is very socially conscious and engaged in community outreach and service - There is a constant drive to improve and listen to employ feedback (i.e., rolling out great parental leave, consistent town halls to communicate critical corporate initiatives, etc.) - Makes employee development a priority (i.e., the mentorship program being rolled out, excellent tuition reimbursement, etc.)

      Cons

      - Some managers have a tendency to put their work ahead of other priorities and this can lead to difficulty in cross-team collaboration; however, this is known by leadership and collaboration across the company is a focus

      Pros

      Company actually cares about their employees and focuses on them! Great people! Great benefits! 401K and tuition reimbursement are better than most companies! Employee stock option makes this even better! I love that my coworkers care so much about each other. Still a family friendly environment no matter how big we grow!

      Cons

      Wish it were closer to my home, but I dont mind the commute because the people make the day go so smooth!

      Thanks for taking the time to let us know what you think. I'm glad you have had a great experience and you see that our co-workers are committed to taking care of each other. We can't help much with the commute yet (maybe we can get a deal on Vahana). As a recruiter, working for a company that really cares about co-workers is very rewarding. In meetings our leaders are always talking about taking care of people, doing the right things, and staying true to what makes MTSI a great place to work. As you probably know, these are traditions going back to Phil and Tom, not new ideas.
