      I've worked several places and this one is the best. Management seems to believe in it's value statement of "Employees First" and it shows.

      Pros

      Very employee-centric company, Selected as a "best place to work 13 years running. Benefits are among best in the market place. New business growth continues to expand each year, along with hiring.

      Cons

      There are indicators that recruiting leans toward a younger, more entry level type of employee. Not necessarily a con, but it could come at the cost of retaining near-retirement age experience.
