Pros

Small company which provides excellent flexibility and minimized redundancies in unneeded processes. Excellent top notch pay, 6% match 401k, bonuses, and ESOP. Health benefits and perks excellent.

Cons

Mostly Engineering service company for DoD makes it difficult to move up within the company and slightly difficult in moving up within a position defined by the DoD

Pros

MTSI employees are owners and they have built a culture, not just a company. MTSI culture is characterized by ethical conduct, respect, integrity and trust. MTSI attracts and retains the absolute best people in this industry. We have a premier benefit plan, extremely competitive compensation packages including bonuses and the most honest and ethical leadership. The best part of MTSI is the people!

Cons

I really can't think of anything that I can genuinely complain about or a major area to improve.

Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. I agree that our employee-owned culture is unique and important. It's also important that we maintain our culture as we grow. Our core values are discussed often as company decisions are made. I think our benefits are a great example of how we strive to keep our culture intact, even as we hire more people and the company grows and as our industry becomes more competitive. Taking care of great people is at the core of what we do and it sounds like it is going well from your perspective, which is great to hear. Please let us know if you have any suggestions in the future.

Pros

Great Benefits Compensation Possible Growth Some good people there

Cons

Where to begin? what operations wants they get even at the cost of compliance and ethics. Throwing money at problems and hiring more people doesn't equal success when trying to fix issues. No communication in terms of performance, next steps, or departmental changes Unfair and unequal treatment of employees
