      Pros

      My management takes time to learn about me and give me fair performance reviews. My mentor (assigned by the company) takes time to help me learn about leadership and helps me think about the future progression of my career.

      Cons

      I often do not feel challenged or that my skills are being effectively utilized. I reach to others in the company to get challenging projects when my manager does not give me enough to do.

This company really makes you feel valued and supports career advancement by offering and paying for continued education. Benefits and work life balance are amazing. Employee owners are updated on the state of the company and strategic vision as we grow.
