MTSI Leadership lives our Core Values. Majority of employee/owners actually care about MTSI and participate in many ways to continue making MTSI a great place to work. Top benefits in the industry, MTSI conducts annual benefit reviews to verify the company is offering the best value for its employees (e.g., in recent years offered lower deductible health insurance options). Very flexible time charging within a month. Employees can work extra hours in a shorter amount of time in order to take time off during the month without using Paid-time-off. MTSI really pushing SMART Goal setting and encourages supervisors to mentor their employees within their contracts. I personally encourage my folks to reach beyond our group and not limit goals. We all work for the same company, happy employees contribute to a successful company!
