      Family friendly, flexible, outstanding benefits, ESOP, 401k

      Cons

      Growing pains. Tools/spreadsheets are not up to date. Not a lot of experts in internal departments so it's hard to get answers and there are often mistakes - the company has made recent hires though and it is improving.
