      Pros

      The total benefits package is superb. The matching 401K, Employee Owned Stock and Bonuses are the best I have seen from all the contractor support companies I have worked for. Also, whenever I am reaching back to corporate from customer location (since I am not in the main facility), I am always able to get help easily and quickly. It is really great to have that kind of confidence in the corporate and support team since I spend most of my time focusing on the customer and their mission.

      Cons

      They have gotten a little to "hands-on" with the customer instead of letting the folks on the ground execute and interact primarily. I understand that it can be hard not to get involved.

      Pros

      Meaningful work, flex time, Employee Stock Ownership Program, generous 401K match, finds great talent then gets out of the way so you can just excel.

      Cons

      Depending on if you work onsite with a customer, you may only really know well the MTSI people that also support that customer.

      Thanks for taking time to write a review. It sounds like you have good feedback, which is great. Right now we have canceled most of our company social and community service events. Much of our office teams are working remotely. However, we hope to have new opportunities for co-workers to connect soon.
