MTSI's core value #1 is Employees Come First. This value stems from the company being employee owned. All employees who work at least half time earn equity in the company as part of their retirement plan. This employee ownership provides a singular focus on the best interests of the workforce, because they are also the owners. We see that every day in the company decision-making processes.

Cons

There isn't much to complain about, but MTSI needs to continue to mature its career development/progress process.
