1) work is more interesting than Citco 2) more friendly and collaborative work culture than Citco
Cons
3) don't get enough overtime pay like Citco 4) could run into micro managers 5) terrible collections of beverages in the fridge, tea / coffee available. No alcohol. 6) ugly office 7) management lacks flexibility and compromise. 8) expects superior performance while not supporting their employees 9) hesitant about providing vacation at times
