      Pays well and has a pension.

      Cons

      The skillset of individuals in high positions is subpar. They dump all the work on the lower tiers. Everyone has to satisfy Audit even though Audit does not know the subject matter themselves. ORM is also a "skill-less" organization. Both Audit and ORM are oppressors and the WORST in the Banking Industry.

      Poor training, bad management, lack of organization, and no clarity surrounding role responsibilities. Horrible help desk for WFH employees
