Business Outlook
Pros
Pay is good. People are nice. Great work-life balance. Great access to professional development opportunities (fully paid for). Autonomy when doing your work. Benefits are ok. Also, there are some very smart people you can learn from.
Cons
They are strongly moving away from remote work. They are VERY invested in DEI to a fault. It's almost all that is talked about in big company-wide meetings. Many upper management roles have been replaced by SVB people. Not saying that's a bad thing necessarily, but do with that what you will.
